Worked here for about 4 years, not a bad company to work for. They have competitive wages, excellent incentive program, and good benefits. Management can be a little tough at times but overall everyone is usually happy.

Sales Associate (MA)

Outside Sales Representative (Current Employee) - Mount Pearl, NL - 24 June 2020

Got sent away from my family for 2 weeks sales training, to do role playing in a classroom. The experience was fun, but completely unnecessary. The management wanted results, but provided no solutions, and a serious lack of guidance. Good people, just not a good company, everything dictated by the upper management, and literally too many cooks in this kitchen.

Has its ups ans downs

Like any workplace this one has its good days and bad days. However the teamwork and family type feel of this particular facility is what makes it so unique and makes it a great place to work.
