There is no job security at Sysco and no one is safe. It is about the bottom line, not people. Sooner or later (sooner), you will get axed! Consider yourself warned!

Unfortunately the site is driven by ego, intimidation and fear. Managers are not leaders and vision is limited to quarterly financial reporting. Poor fiscal performance and lack of leadership mean seriously job security

A great atmoshere to work in and learn.

The most enjoyable part of the job was learning how to drive and deliver safely within the Victoria district. This is an important aspect of the industry, but not the most important. Customer service was 1 of the most important factors working at Sysco. As a driver you are the face of the company and dealing with all requests or issues relating to the delivery is a learned trait. The company had a lot of great people to work, and train with making learning the most enjoyable part of the job.
