I worked in a few factories in this position so the work environment changed quite a bit. The management was fine, the pay was low since I worked with an agency and it was a student job. The schedule was flexible so this is great for students. It was also quite stable throughout the summer which was nice.

What is the best part of working at the company?If you are a good worker they will overwork you until someone better comes along and let you go without notice. There is a lack of leadership and communication within this company. The management does not communicate with their employees, instead they gossip behind their backs. There is virtually no training either, they throw tasks at you and expect you to complete them successfully. They do not care about employees as individuals, they just want them to do their bidding and make them money.

Very poor salary with high expectations

Workplace culture is very hypocritical to the small employee to the chief manager they act very sneaky and have favorites. They expect perfection and follow every single things you do to put you in troubles even after months of good work. They have no problem to fire you after 1 or 2 years of work for no good reason. Don't take this company seriously they are mediocre at best. If you get in still look for something else because there's no advancement and no security. They also infantilize their employee.

You are just a number to the team, you will be fired when less expected

Instead of helping new employees get to understand they’re program, the management will laugh behind your back and won’t hesitate to fire you for the slightest mistake. Training is a JOKE, you don’t learn much because it is verbatim. The whole supervisor team is so fake and hypocritical that they will tell you « great job!! » today, and fire you the next day. Stay away from this company they do not offer stable employment, however if you do get hired, always keep a job available for you to hop on once they fire you, they won’t hesitate.

Bien pour une premiere experience. Les taches ont été intéressantes. Bonne conciliation travail famille. Le salaire est par contre médiocre et la reconnaissance n'est pas élevé. Ils n'hésitent pas non plus à licencier de loyaux employés sans au préalable les rencontrer.

I have been working with Synergie Hunt International for the past 6 months and it has been a great experience. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to give a helping hand. The hiring manager is always available for any inquires I might have and provides me with the information I am looking for. I truly enjoy working with this company! vous allez perdre beaucoup de temps, même un mois, vous allez remplir des formulaires en ligne , apres vous avez une entrevue, lors de cette entrevue, ils vont te poser la question " qu'est-ce que tu fais si lors de la livraison, tu subi une agression par la personne responsable de la réception de la commande ?" . Ils cherchent des esclaves. Si tu réussi l'entrevue, c pas fini, tu as des autre formulaires a remplir. Et jusqu'à maintenant ils n'ont pas même commencer a te chercher un job. Il reste les vérifications judiciaires et les références. Cest comme ils vont engager un 1er ministre. Ne perdez pas votre temps.

Valued as an employee

I was laid off due to Covid, and was having problems finding work again.Synergie Hunt saw that my skill set was transferable and assisted in getting me a contract position with one of their clients. I've been renewed a couple of times and I love the work I am doing and the people I work with. I'm really happy that I took my friend's advice and applied to Synergie. Everyone is so supportive !
