Worked as electrician and foreman for Symtech for several years. Office staff is a continuos revolving door with people coming and going. Project managers are continuously being replaced. As for working on site, some PMs like to micro-manage but have never rarely come to site. Employee morale is low as the fear of being laid off is always in the air. - more...
