Working from home with Sykes was a new experience for me, and I enjoyed it for the most part, the pay was great, and honestly good management....BUT they're way to naggy If you are 1 minute over your 10 min break, they nag, the TL's are nice but management is quick to give you "write ups" then constantly warn about termination..
If you dont say your scripts verbatim they nag... everything is a problem for them...
If you are sick and cant work, they still expect you to work..
Stress like that is not for employees, unless you want to be a slave...

It was a work at home position, so the environment is comfy i guess. My manager was understanding and quite good at her job, however the work was terrible, the pay was dismal, training was awful and patchy, missing key details. and overall it was an unpleasant experience.
