It's a call center so it inherently has a hard time being a good place to work

For a call center it's a great place to work. It used to be in an office but has since changed to be a home based job. Management is competent and good at addressing issues with the staff. My personal supervisor Tanya was awesome but I can't say the same for every supervisor.
Pros
Work from home, don't have to deal with annoying coworkers
Cons
Christmas parties are awkward since you're unfamiliar with most of the staff.

Some departments are great, others not so much.
Health Services Support (Current Employee) –  London, ON16 March 2017
The people are great, it is very much like a big family.
Some departments are fantastic in almost every way (roadside) and others are disorganized and way more complicated than they should be (health services support).
Pros
Accessible location, great workplace culture, flexible scheduling
Cons
Disorganized, heavy workload
