Very straight forward when I was first hired for Roadside Assistance. They asked fair questions you normally find in interviews. I also had to take on online behavioural assessment, answer problem-solving questions and take a spelling and grammar test.

Start an analyzing all of your processes don't just rely on these people because they're wasting your money not providing support to train people. They are completely disorganized and they had me thinking that left was right and right was left and I am still affected by my experience because it was traumatizing.
