The training is very disorganized, the job is simple enough, but they are all over the place and will mess you up and blame you for their failure.
Very straight forward when I was first hired for Roadside Assistance. They asked fair questions you normally find in interviews. I also had to take on online behavioural assessment, answer problem-solving questions and take a spelling and grammar test.

Start an analyzing all of your processes don't just rely on these people because they're wasting your money not providing support to train people. They are completely disorganized and they had me thinking that left was right and right was left and I am still affected by my experience because it was traumatizing.
Usually you are given your first raise within 6 months to 1 year after starting with the company--providing you are at an overall "Meets" or "Exceeds" in your overall performance and that you do not have any Written Warnings. On average, subsequent raises occur once every 3 years therafter.
