Provide better resources to front line staff that have to deal with very irate clients. Less micromanaging from managers. I should not have to tell someone every time I take a bathroom break like it’s elementary school. This is just one of the many examples of micromanaging.

Very toxic at the management level. Pray you get a good team lead. Most of them are on a power trip and will literally call you on teams to berate you over things out of your control.
