It's fine but you can tell that their stress levels and training isn't where it needs to be. It's 2018, time to relax and be relatable yet professional. The building might be a hundred years old, your business doesn't need to be stuck in time.

Always 2 managers delivering feedback to you. They need to implement a better system, as people are intimidated with 2 versus themselves. Otherwise management does a good job trying to help you best they can.
