Chef Jacky was formally trained by an accomplished Japanese sushi chef and worked all over the greater Seattle area for many years before establishing his own restaurant. Now you will often find Chef Jacky’s son, Aaron taking over as head sushi chef and the restaurant managed by his daughter, Garmyn....
