Typical and straight forward sales interview. Apart from that I was asked if I was okay to work mandatory weekends and if I felt good about my multitasking ability. I was also warned that this is a very high stress position and requires dedication. This wasn't presented as a bad thing, more a straight forward and informative comment.

This is clearly a sales driven position and be prepared for the interview to reflect that. I found the district manager I interviewed with to be very personable, professional and to the point. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

Put simply you would not want to work here.. Even working at Walmart is better than here.

You will feel like you are under a microscope with weekly reviews. You will pressed to perform even when there is no customers to sell to, it is hard to deliver when there are no customers. They will use the security cameras to "catch" employees who may be sitting down. There is absolutely no margin for error, and if you make a mistake prepare to hear about it instantly in an aggressive mannor, profanity will be used.
