Marketing in Coquitlam, BC

Progressive, open to new ideas, very busy, but experiencing growing pains
The workload is incredible and unrealistic at times, be prepared to work extra time to get expectations accomplished. The company has a great HR department and does look after the concerns for its employees. There are some great people in the background putting a lot of work in, but, it's difficult to be recognized and move up the corporate ladder.

They have a 2.5 star rating for a reason
management is degrading. I worked at the head office and half the people don't know what they're doing in management but walk around with attitude because their job title is their life.If you want to be treated like a child and completely ignored by Hr after going to her about your manager abusing you.. work here.

Territory Account Manager in Newfoundland and Labrador

Management By Numbers
SureWerx was owned by an investment firm during my time there. This firm buys companies with the aim to grow and sell them for a profit with 5-6 years. Their primary goal was short term return. It was a management by numbers. Sales were pushed to grow while reducing compensation. Reps were expected to sell a wider and wide array of assortments without additional support. There was very little professional or product training provided.
Importing Logistics Coordinator in Coquitlam, BC

Fun workplace with a ping pong table
Working hard and preparing documents and clearing customs. Sending papers to the broker. Preparing documents for shipments and playing ping pong at lunch.
