Let’s put it this way: My old supervisor there I once had them write me up for a computer error (multiple times) and when they found out they were in the wrong I never even got an apology. Yet the person who did the write ups spend more of their shift playing soccer on their phone and online gambling and many other things. Another example working for two years and in that time I did around ten hours a week of overtime and getting them to pay me for it was like pulling teeth. The manager who’s name starts with a B constantly demeans employees and lets put it this way a child throwing a temper tantrum shows more maturity than he does most days.
The sad thing is these aren’t even the really bad things (not to mention that they apparently make employees give positive reviews)

SureCall does a lot of things to create a great working environment for the entire, both admin and call center. They have great social and volunteer programs for agents. Great incentives and medical/dental benefits. They encourage the team to have fun while working providing that customer service is the priority. I have fun with the team every day and look forward to coming to work!
The management add to am already toxic workplace. They write up the employees for things that are not their fault. I have adhd and had them outright say that it's nothing more than an excuse, and was called demeaning names by the manager. Also they randomly change your breaks and schedule, and threatening your job if you speak up
