The second interview is an opportunity for candidates to share their story. Questions are surrounding what your strengths are, what are your goals and expectations from a new job, how well do you work with others, ect. This interview is where the candidate can also ask lots of questions to assess if SureCall is the employer they are looking for, Ie: Pay/Benefits/incentives, working environment, performance expectations.
