The company had many politics at the time

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
Supreme was a great company to work for at the start, but as time went by things had changed. I would say because of the economy they had to restructure the business and needed to drop the wages. So they decided to remove the higher paid men so they were able to compete with bidding of jobs.

Pros

well organized

Cons

poor management

cant say here

well i cant really talk about it , everyone has to be polite all day long even if things aren`t right . also the fact that no one really cares anyways ,only tries to be nice and put that typical nice face and politeness smile on

Productive and safety orientated

A very good construction company, with good workers and foreman who effectively and safely get the job done. Consistent safety meetings and good work ethic made it a joy to work for the company.

Pros

Good pay, understanding people

Cons

Lack of tools

Supportive work place with experienced co-workers.

Supportive work place with experienced co-workers. Large selection of varied work from skyscraper office building to oilfield pipe racks. Supportive supervisors who encouraged development and learning new tasks. The most enjoyable part of the job was learning new things and applying them to work.

Much like working in a sweat shop in a third world country

Moral is extremely low and employees are expected to perform like robots with little personal interaction just work-work-work for extremely low pay.

Cons

expected to work hundreds of extra hours with no compensation

not challenging enough

I have learned different techniques of the business.I believe that the management could be improved. There are a good bunch of men to work with when directed properly. The hardest part of the job is not being busy enough and the most enjoyable part is doing what i like to do for work.

Pros

Self gradification

Cons

to many politics

Hassle free workplace

A hassle free workplace to do a proficent quality work. I learned that the toughest jobs can be done no matter how difficult. Managment not on line with new technologies. Fun People to work with. Most enjoyable part of job you were left alone to do your work.
