Terrible culture
Office and Factory (Former Employee) –  Wetaskiwin, AB17 October 2018
Supreme had a very hostile culture towards its employees. Management resists change despite the facade they put on to claim they want it. They manage with fear and expect you to be happy
Pros
Safety program
Cons
Manage with fear, low pay, owner likes to put down staff in the factory

Great company to work for!
Administration (Current Employee) –  Wetaskiwin, AB27 February 2017
I have worked for Supreme International for 9 months now and can honestly say this is a great company to work for. The staff are wonderful and easy to communicate with. There are a lot of company functions (breakfasts, luncheons, Christmas party, BBQ's etc) The company is very safety-orientated, which is reassuring! We have awesome benefits! Supreme also matches RRSP contributions. I feel its very well managed, and overall a great work environment!
Pros
Company funcations, benefits, safety-oriented

Fun work place
Welder/Fabricator (Former Employee) –  Wetaskiwin, AB16 December 2016
It was a laid back workplace with great employees. It was nice coming into work seeing everyone smiling and excited to start another day. And the supervisors were always kind and helpful.

Very hard to work for
Welder/Assembler/fitter (Former Employee) –  Wetaskiwin, AB16 January 2015
It was very unorganized and a lot of foreigners worked there and it was very hard to communicate with them. This made the job more harder. The management would not listen to suggestions to make things at the company easier. They made you read a policy manual but would not follow it or give you a copy.
Pros
Free BBQ once in a while
Cons
NO good communication and total lack of leadership

Company with international sales
Procurement Specialist (Current Employee) –  Wetaskiwin, AB24 November 2013
Supreme International is a manufacturer of vertical feeders mainly for the cattle dairy industry with units throughout the world, however, mainly concentrated in the US.
The business is privately owned with family members throughout the management team. Staff are not well informed about decisions made at management level resulting in scramble mode to implement the decision.
The long term staff are very knowledgeable about the product thereby making it easier to obtain historical information.
Pros
Working with knowledgeable people
Cons
Long commute for work.
