It was actually really nice working there. the view from the kitchen window was gorgeous, I had a great manager, most of the residents were super nice and overall, it was pretty good. The only reason I left was because another employee ruined my time there with them being a bully. I cant blame my manager for them working there though since my manager didnt see their behavior when they were out of the room. Other than that experience, I'd definitely recommend working here. you can get food for really cheap and most of the people are really nice

Recent change in executive director has not been good for Supples. Very poor management style causing poor moral within the staff. Makes changes without any thought as to the cons to what is being done to staff or to residents.

Pleasant Work Environment

Supples Landing is a very comfortable, welcoming environment to work in. The staff are pleasant, the residents are wonderful to work for. The only downside is the lack of job security/hours available to work.
