No job security. They do massive lay offs every 5 years or so.. it really brings down the moral.
What would you suggest Superior Propane management do to prevent others from leaving?
More proactive focus on development of people during and post COVID will be important to keep retention levels high. Continue the great communication to all levels within the company.
Exhausting work environment. Lack of management support. Lack of training. Lack of procedures. Lack of internal communication.
They make it sound good. Then they bring you to Calgary and fawn over you until you accept the job. Once they sign you up, you will see behind the curtain and realize that it is not at all what you signed up for.
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Superior Propane? What are the steps along the way?
You will not get hired. They will waste your time and make you come in for useless interviews..
