Horrible comunication skills, very unpleasant environment

Working here was a horrible experience that I would not suggest anyone to go through unless they want to work in a very unpleasant, unprofessional work environment.

Work your butt off for free

I never got paid and I worked here for about 2 months. The management is stuck up and is very bad at creating a bond with her employees. I don’t recommend this job to anyone.

Pros

Closing is at the same time daily

Cons

Long hours with barely any breaks and 0$ pay days lol.

Avoid working here.

I started out as a carpet/Duct cleaner assistant. The work itself wasn't the worst thing, but the vans are old and in bad shape. The equipment was a joke. Just about everything had Duct tape on it. I also did some cold calling. People are nice, but the work was terrible. Pay is bad. The potential for good money is there, but only by up selling expensive extras. If you aren't up selling, the money is worse than the assistants.

Our equipment may not be the newest, but we do make every effort to ensure it is well maintained, in good repair, and able to do a great job for every client. Hard working and out-going workers

You walk in and start dialling numbers off of a call list and continue to sit at a desk for 3 hours, I learned how to manage difficult customers, management was excellent, my co-workers were very nice but some were unpleasant, hardest part was trying to understand some of the customers on the phone, and most enjoyable part was being able to book a call.

There was no pros about the job

Never able to get a day off for an appointment
