Try to weed out the employees who are only there to cause problems and collect a pay check.
Close down the whole operation. go back to British Columbia
Their management sucks they need new management
Don’t bully the employees. Stick to the standards they set.
Hire better trained individuals and less people who just want a paycheque. Benefits suck and definitely be improved
Improve benefits package
Get new management . They are horrible. Not a way to run a company and your employees into the ground. Need a HR department and it shows a lot about your company when your and safety inspector quit.
Hire more then enough staff
