IT Department thinks it owns and runs the company; vetos any project it doesn't want to do even if CEO signs and approves it.

Pilots think they own the company, no training bond for pilots. Pilots hop to other companies once aircraft type training is complete.

Travel Group generates the most revenue for the company, other divisions (i.e. Airline - more... primarily) drain the organization with massive pay hikes every 4-5 years. Management caves in to every demand pilots have.

Office departments can have as little as 3 people (1 manager, 2 workers). Managers expect you to sacrifice everything ... - less
