Outside sales gets all of the perks. Inside sales gets treated like just another number. The management is sub par. They have no clear vision. Sales plans change from week to week.

I got laid off right after I lost my mom. Several staff members and members of management attended my mother's funeral. They never even met her. It made me feel wonderful.

Dishonest from the start regarding size of territory, compensation and benefits. Made several attempts with management to get things resolved but they could care less. Unrealistic expectations as far as number of “quality” sales calls per week. Inside sales staff was the only redeeming factor, very helpful.
