The culture was OK. The hardest part was when you were overwhelmed with customers The most enjoyable part was satisfying a customers needs.
Dishonest from the start regarding size of territory, compensation and benefits. Made several attempts with management to get things resolved but they could care less. Unrealistic expectations as far as number of “quality” sales calls per week. Inside sales staff was the only redeeming factor, very helpful.
