Rewarding work

The job was high stress due to the job requirements, however very rewarding work. Management of the program is extremely poor. Micro-management and little room for creative ideas and personal initiative as a professional.

loved working here - great benefits, retirement program, sick/vacation leave. Although might not be good for young career-hungry professionals looking for rapid growth - things are slow here, sometime you gotta wait 5 years for someone to retire before you can get promoted into a position

I've worked at this hospital for a long time because of my immediate colleagues. Most are great. Some middle management aren't great and make it frustrating but you probably get that anywhere.

I love the work in Sunnybrook.Best hospital for productivity. Ups and downs are normal. Whichever hospital you’ll work with you can’t please everyone but the good thing is I love what I am doing not just like that’s why I enjoyed my stay in this institution .
