Productive workplace with a great group of people.Suncorp Valuations gives you an opportunity to cross train to create a well rounded administrative group. The work is fast paced and rewarding with a 8:00 am to 5:00 pm work week. Salary is on par with other companies with good benefits. The management team is very approachable and look for hard working self sufficient working employees. Because of the different lines of business, each sector tended to stick together. The Admin team would organize after work social activity but not an actual event.

Good Pay but OverworkedGood pay and benefits not bad, but in return they overwork you so you have to speak up. C-Level execs really trying to listen to their employees but a couple of people who have been with company for 10-15+ yrs are the reason for poor work culture treating appraisers like a work horse rather than independent professionals that they are.

Busy place to work and the management is goodI enjoyed it in the beginning. Good people. Busy work place. Good benefits. Great location. Everyone is always willing to help. The hardest part of the job was not having enough hours in the day to do everything needed. Since there was salary pay you had to make sure you didn't have to miss work or you had to make up the time.
