Manager (Current Employee) – Richmond, BC – 27 January 2019
As a PCM or Profit Center manager, although not told you seem to be expected to work up to10 hours in a day, and through out the weekend, checking emails. I have learned great time management skills. But it does take a toll on your personal family life.
Supervisor (Former Employee) – Canada – 19 October 2018
Back stabber terrible management you are just a number no job security Never been treated like a piece of garbage more than here Wages are terrible no advancement American owned and run they dont care about anyone only money equipment is unsafe terrible maintenance records run far far away
Heavy Equipment Technician (Former Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 30 May 2018
Poor management. Company that doesn't care about it's workers. For example if you want to get payed for boxing day you have to use a holiday even though the company is closed lol ... Runs entirely understaffed in attempt to make more money, which in return forces equipment out the door in sub standard condition.
Driver/Operator (Former Employee) – Coquitlam, BC – 30 January 2018
Sunbelt university, you could have a 100 certifications when you start here and they will still put you through a month of computer work. I had way too many boss's, even the guys that were doing the same thing I was. People were miserable and the drama was high I just wanted to go and do my work but the black cloud there wouldn't let me. I know now why they have the caliber of drivers and roll the way they do
I got a review on equipment I hadn't operated in a while
Shop Foreman, (Current Employee) – Sylvan Lake, AB – 9 September 2016
okay company just some bad management in certain areas. Wages are not the same across the board between branches , benifits are good. You can be over worked at certain branches because they are trying to be greedy and not hire help .
