Pay and benefits were decent. Fellow colleagues complained of challenges advancing within the company. Performance review was solely based on your manager's assessment of your work. Co. actually removed documented feedback mechanism available for employees regarding their own assessment. Poor management of compliance department.

if you are not in your Regional manager's good books, no leads will be given. nepotism within leadership roles. offer advancement in leadership to get your the door. must sign up network before even getting a job offer.
