What was the most challenging part of your role at Summit Veterinary Pharmacy?

Made to feel bad and degraded if you did not remember how to do a task promptly after training. Their is a lot of information to retain and their is also no guidelines for the trainer to train the new staff appropriately. The office seems to have a hard time accepting new staff as the turn around of hirees happen often. You need to have thick skin to work within the office. The staff in the compounding area are very helpful. The staff in the office are helpful but make you feel awful at times, like you are disturbing them when asking for help or guidance. I would not recommend working within this company.
