Great Team
HSE Manager (Former Employee) - Alberta - 10 May 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedAmazing group of people to deal with at the site level. Local management team supported change and growth with regards to employee health and safety. Getting clear answers and product information from corporate was unnecessarily difficult which slowed the process and led to quite a bit of frustration.

Good company would recommend
Account Manager (Current Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 13 February 2023
work can be fast paced at time, and you need to be self driven to succeed. Mentorship is available if you ask, otherwise be prepared to learn along the way at a slower pace and miss out on opportunities. Good company culture and team atmosphere.

Knowledgeable Water Treatment Environment
Account Manager (Former Employee) - Fort McMurray, AB - 13 January 2023
Great stepping stone to learn the industry, but compensation is not enough for experienced workers. Company culture promotes travel and celebrating with employees and customers. Plenty of knowledge available from the experienced employees, but the company is not great at organizing applicable training for your specific industry applicable to your area. Training is general and covers many topics that are not applicable to your industry. It can be overwhelming to new hires and doesn’t get retained because it’s unnecessary knowledge. The field experience and direct mentoring is far more valuable than the training they offer.
Pros
Expensing travel, dinner and drinks
Cons
Rewards new hires more than experienced employees, Feels disorganized at times, Various forms of discrimination were not taken seriously

Stable place to work
Insight application lead (Former Employee) - Oakville, ON - 20 April 2022
Relatively stable place to work, but a lot of people are chronically underpaid, and the company is really big. There is a ton of red tape and it feels like it takes forever for anything to happen. Payraises are pathetic. Next to nothing. Growth is possible but you really have to make an impact. Just doing whats in your job description is not enough to get anywhere. You must seriously go above and beyond to get noticed, and even so the pay was pretty poor in my opinion.
Pros
Good culture, competitive benefits, friendly people
Cons
Growth possible but difficult, people are underpaid, everything moves at a snails pace. Projects take forever

fun work place, but isolated.
Project Engineer (Former Employee) - Swan Hills, AB - 6 February 2022
good company to work with. Work day was similar to most jobs in how we had to go through emails and also go through the process of working with management

Product Management Intern (Former Employee) - Oakville, ON - 23 April 2021
Everyone here is super friendly. You come into the company and immediately feel like a part of the family. I enjoyed my time here a lot and, if it was in my desired industry, I'd go back.
Pros
Family vibe
Cons
A little old fashioned

Great people to work with
Millwright (Current Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 3 September 2020
You work with mostly great people which makes coming to work easy. The same BS as other places. And raises are very rare. Benefits aren’t great. 80% coverage. No glasses coverage. Job is steady and secure for the most part.
Pros
BBQ days, essential work.
Cons
Shift work, pay isn’t great. But not bottom dollar

Professional collaborative team
Engineering Project Coordinator (Current Employee) - Montréal, QC - 5 December 2019
Professional collaborative smart team of environmental engineers. The Biomethanization Center will integrate the equipment of the treatment line into a closed building under negative pressure. Thanks to the biomethanization process, food residues will be biodegraded in the absence of oxygen and will produce biogas, as well as digestate (precompost). The digestate thus produced will be transferred to the site of another Center for the Treatment of Organic Compost Materials.
This project is part of a broader process to establish five infrastructures (four organic materials treatment centers and a pilot pretreatment center for household materials), located in the Montréal metropolitan area to reduce landfill of organic matter.
