Director (Current Employee) –  Paramus, NJ16 April 2018
Headquarters leadership disengaged from employee base, does not advocate for growth in US or Canada and only seem capable of satisfying global demands. CEO and senior leaders cycle around globe and never invest in organization, only their pockets.

hostile work environment
Engineer (Former Employee) –  Richmond, VA1 February 2018
Incompetent project management, hostile work environment, low pay, forced unpaid overtime, Retaliatory and Competitive, fired all employees over 50 and replaced with low paid, no experience, little knowledge graduates. It was reflected in their inability to gain any new projects. The benefits changed so may times i wasn't sure what kind of coverage I had. A good example of a low budget bad company with low ethics. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. You know the truth when you hear it.
Pros
paycheck

Management, Work Environments. low pay, forced overtime with no pay

Financial project manager (Former Employee) –  Richmond, VA26 July 2017
This company has gone through some major financial difficulties in the past and is making great strides towards a better workplace. Unfortunately they are just not there yet. Management has some major challenges to overcome within themselves and do not fully value the employees.

Assistant Warehouse Manager (Current Employee) –  Wantagh, NY26 June 2017
The Plant has been taking over by the company from a municipality and is hoping to be able to run it better from the public at large. The work environment is very good, and I'd recommend applying for anyone interested in decent work.

Very hostile work environment
Manager (Former Employee) –  Richmond, VA2 June 2017
Company culture changed dramatically 3-4 years ago when a new management team took over. Management is very hostile and abusive toward employees, and there is a lot of turnover.

Hard company to work for
Application Engineer (Current Employee) –  Houston, TX19 April 2017
Nobody in management has any idea what they are doing and the management changes almost monthly. There is little to no training for new employees. Suez is a really hard company to work for.

The co-workers are great but there is a pretty negative vibe around the offices.
Pros
Good co-workers
Cons
company structure, management, job stability

Project Administrative Assistant (Contractor) (Former Employee) –  Richmond, VA14 March 2017
I enjoyed working at Suez and meeting very knowledgeable people in the water treatment solutions business. There was a willingness by employees to help others understand a problems and how to resolve it the best way possible.
Pros
Flexible with personal time when needed; employees willingness to be helpful
Cons
Management and organization structure could be improved but not overbearing by any means, the right people should be hired for the position intended.
