I would give better and more realistic wages. Managers especially. To get a college degree takes time, effort and money. Hard to recoup at just above minimum wage. Get rid of as many part time shifts as possible and offer full time so employees can focus working for me and not be forces into looking for another part time job to be able to pay their rent. What most companies know is that they are in business to earn a profit, what they forget however, is that it is not the ceo or board members or even investors that do this, 95% of this comes from the employee. But the adage of, an employee is a dime a dozen is still forefront in the minds of most employers. Rather go through the turn over than invest in their most important commodity, the employee.
