Pay is highly dependant on aggression. Those willing to stop at nothing to speak with the next customer will succeed. Stock is an issue, with customers having to wait (potentially) months for the vehicle they have purchased. This leads to uncomfortable conversations with upset customers waiting for their vehicle.
Management is subpar, favouring - more... those that kiss bum over performance. - less
