If you want to be successful, you'll be putting in 15-30 hours a week from February to April and 50-80 hours in the regular season. I personally worked about 30 in the preseason and 90 in the summer.

Very safe work environment, good management and supervision. Open communication, it terms if something you can not do you can be open with it and not be judged. Good team work and good training.

The hours are totally in the control of the owner/operator. Student Works Painting recommend to work at certain hours/days that are the most effective to produce the most amount of results. Ultimately, as an owner/operator, you get to work your own hours.

You run a business, you make your own hours, if you can't work for sick reasons, just don't work. To be completely honest though, I have never not worked because of being sick, and there are a million different productive things you can do in the comfort of your own house. This isn't required at all, just my own personal decision.
