Usually the District Manager (DM) tries to help the owner/operator if they aren’t doing well but sometimes do say in a toxic manner such as berating them or making fun of them(they sometimes have bets or challenges who can get the most marketed and produced and those who don’t do well are just let go and made fun of). But again this is dependent on the DM just like its dependent on the owner/operator. I’ve seen DMs who are good and care about there owner/operators and some who don’t (this is because the DMs salary is dependent on how well there operators do and they usually have 10-20)
Painter wise they are usually just asked why they aren’t doing well even though the owner/operator doesn’t teach them how to paint well so it doesn’t make much sense really.
