Unreliable and kind of a scam
Like most people I was enticed by the idea of a fun summer job and good pay as well as learning a new skill. But unfortunately my experience was pretty awful. Your experience will really depend on who your manager is. No Training.
The first day decent training was provided, afterward next to none. Told what we had to do for the day then boss would be gone for most of the rest of the day if not all. Consistently forgetting to replenish supplies when asked then getting upset when we didn’t have them on hand. Nee learning experience with regards to learning ne painting techniques on houses and real estate
It was a good experience and it gives a new outlook on the way painting houses and real estate is done. Working with suitable conditions outdoors and indoors but laborious and repetitive work sometimes.
