One of the ways we like to deliver feedback to our employees is through our weekly "Feel Good Fridays" performance recognition program, where we give away gift cards to a top-performer and create a special social media post that rotates through each division each week. This program runs entirely on nominations from managers and employees who want to share a feel-good story about a great driver, warehouse worker or office staff member who's put their best foot forward.
