What would you suggest Structube management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Provide raises to the staff. With the current raise in inflation, each year you stay with a company and you don’t receive a raise you are actually losing money. Hire more staff, stores are always grossly understaffed and many staff have to do multiple positions. Often times locations have missing management staff and not replaced for months on end and you are expected to fill those gaps for free.

  • If management would be open to listen to concerns that involve working in the stores it would be helpful, it seems that they have no clue on how to run a store properly.

  • Getting a warehouse might help the orders from pouring out from the small stockroom into a proper place, making the work a little easier.
