Provide raises to the staff. With the current raise in inflation, each year you stay with a company and you don’t receive a raise you are actually losing money. Hire more staff, stores are always grossly understaffed and many staff have to do multiple positions. Often times locations have missing management staff and not replaced for months on end and you are expected to fill those gaps for free.
