The company is excellent management and the jobsite was mix of challenges and sometimes exciting and sometimes emotional.Salary was ok and the security depends on you.The overall managent was good including job culture.The salary need to be increase due to live has increased too much.

Group Home Worker (Current Employee) - Maple Ridge, BC - 6 September 2022

attend the client needs and follow what is required there .I learned a lot about how to go about daily duties and also about working as a team. managing your time between the client and reports. work place was to have a communication with others. The hardest part was when the client escalate and turn violent and you have to give the client time to come down. The most enjoyable time was when the client has not used substances can chat together and enjoy the day.

Management was very challenging with this company. However, the wages are higher and the clients are a pleasure. There are many homes that need workers, and their is always penalty of work.
