Meet with homeowner's for scheduled inspection of their new condo, do a thorough review of the condo interior and record all aspects that require additional work/touch-up, and address all concerns of the homeowner and how these will be addressed.
Create and maintain files on all homeowners, interactions, and detailed reports on findings in each suite n the condo tower.
Submit damage/repair/incomplete work reports to the construction department for work to be addressed to the homeowner's satisfaction. This is also the hardest part because you must justify each aspect of the damage/repair/incomplete work using the Tarion Guidelines for construction codes.
The best part is putting in all the extra work that gets the condo suite in excellent "show-room" condition for the homeowner's move-in day, and seeing the satisfaction on their faces.
