Worst company to work for ever!!
Quality Inspector (Former Employee) –  Alliston, ON4 March 2019
I worked there for 2 weeks and got let go for no reason on top of that they dont train you they screw you over big time with pay yu get payed 35 cents more than agency workers and do the jobs that noone wants to do they promise you will be a quality inspector and you do non of that at all you go in not knowing nothing about saftey or what you will really do they just hire you and hope you dont quit and lie to you and sell you a dream. People around yu get paid more than you do and you do the same jobs on top of that they are not organized and hate when people stand up for themselves and if you do they fire you !!! WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR EVER I DONT SUGGEST ANYONE TO APPLY BECAUSW YOU WILL HÂTE IT!!!

Not a full time 40 hour a week job
Inspector (Former Employee) –  Toronto West8 December 2018
The work is straight forward and for the most part the fellow workers are good to work with.

However, many of the work assignments are day to day and you never know if you are going to get and assignment for the following day. I seldom had the opportunity to work 40 hours per week Some weeks I was only offered one eight hour shift.

Ideal for a retired person who only wants to work on a casual basis.
Pros
various work sites, very supportive manager.
Cons
Lack of work, not informed of the spotty nature of the work during the hiring process

Project Supervisor and Quality Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON13 November 2018
You can consider this job as a fun job, everything is temp. work place , your coworkers, type of job and your pocket money, some weeks you will get very less and some weeks is regular, you may get more hours but it depend on your manager, he or she has authority to give you zero hour to more than 40 hours per week.
Unpredictable for everythings.

If you want to do more for the company than they will ever do for you this is the place to be
Quality Control Team leader (Former Employee) –  Concord, ON9 October 2018
This company preaches that they like to promote within. That is true as far as becoming a team leader. They will use a team leader as a supervisor as much as they can, they promise a promotion but do not come through. over 2 years doing the job of a supervisor and getting paid as a team lead. You can be the one in charge running a site/warehouse and they still wont give you the wage you deserve. Very unorganized and make you feel as if family cannot come first.
Cons
Long hours, Lack of support from Management

I really dont understand when you are a supervisor and they dont give you work why they dont simply lay you off. They just tell you what if we need you next week, alright and what if you wont need me next week shall I be just like a spare employee ?

Job requirements always changing with reference to work location, which dictates what kind of inspections take place. Most are in a segregated area, but also on the active assembly line.
Management is pleasant to work with, locations sometimes present particular challenges.
Pros
Alwways a little different work atmoshpere.
