clear expectation and guidelines. Coaching support for success. helpful supervisors. most difficult part of the job for me was actually surviving a no answer. but the most enjoyable part of the job was getting a yes answer.
co-worker were ok. everyone did their jobs. I learned not to take the answers personally.
not a lot of room for own creativity.
