Could be great but full of empty promises and dissappointments
Field Operations Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Calgary, AB10 September 2015
Upon being employed the promises flowed and the excitement mounts. Followed quickly by an atmoshere of high school popularity contest. Totally mismanaged finances and terrible priorities. Avoid this place at all costs.

Benefit plan
Cons
Management and lack of business direction

was fun place to work
Journeyman Welder (Former Employee) –  Nisku, AB8 February 2013
typical day required knowledge of welding and blueprint reading. with this knowledge of cutting and fitting allowed me to build product according to specifications. management started out well but went downhill as they did not show competency in there day to day operations. hardest part of day was keeping managment out of hair, while trying to perform tasks to accomplish there requested work.
enjoyed working with my fellow employees.
Pros
plenty of work= plenty of o/t
Cons
lack of managment decisions that even the labour could see was wrong.
