The management is a revolving door with no path or direction. Training needs improvement and less micro management. You have to consistently hit your targets or made to feel you’re replaceable.
Little pay, no benefits

I assume that you were working in our Bid13 division. Thank you for your insight. Yes we were struggling to find a competent manager in that division but we have finally succeeded and done a complete revamp of the training which seems to be producing much better results. Further the wage you are quoting was the base rate but we have implemented additional incentive pay based on production. In the interview process we make it clear that the work requires outbound calling of 100-125 calls per day and minimum production of one on-board per day. It cost us a lot more than the base wage to have someone on the floor but we allow at least a month to get up to speed. In the end it is all about ability. I am sorry that it didn't work for you and wish you success in your future endeavors.
I worked with Storwell Self Storage in an IT support role. When I came to Canada, the Job market was quite saturated. I applied for this position and despite cancelling my interview due to my personal family reason, they reschedule the interview. I got the job after the two interviews. They treat you like a family and take of you. As far as the work schedules are concerned, they are quite flexible and accomodate you according to your needs if possible. They own multiple businesses that gave me an exposure of diverse IT platforms. The management encourages you to think out of the box and come up with your own solution considering all the requirements. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and still in touch with them as I as said they treat you like a family
Flexible hours, Research and development, Wonderful atmosphere
Not i can think of
You do not officially get a break. You eat in between customers. It can take you a few hours to finish your lunch depending on how busy it is.
You work four 10 hour shifts a week instead of five 8 hour shifts a week.
They do not have benefits.

Please don't take the opinion of someone who didn't make the grade. We have been in business since 1987 and many of our employees have worked with us for over a decade. If you want honest reviews of how we conduct our selves go to google reviews you will find hundreds.
