If you only do the minimum it is 2 plus 2 per day, but if you do a Charter in between or on the weekend or after hours( after your afternoon route) you will make good money. It is up to the individual. If you go through training and choose to drive a small bus, it pays less and no oportunity for Charters. But you could also sign up for Shop runs or lunch runs and you would be driving from about 7 am to 5pm.
If you are just interested in a few hours...you get paid for what you do, if you want to work, you get paid for what you do and you can advance forward from Route Driver to Dedicated Charter Driver or even Spare Driver if you really like pressure and money.
