Answered by STEP Energy Services

Forced to work late because of disorganization. Exposed to all uncontrolled hazards from contractor welding shop. Expected to work on dirty, chemical covered equipment. Lots of talk about saftey, zero action. No support in the field. Parts department hard to get anything. Discrimination if you are not friends with the foreman.
