Great question! STEP Energy Services believes in open communication and we encourage our professionals to discuss their ideas with their leaders and engage in our many initiatives that support an Exceptional Employee Experience (EEE).

Talk with the upper managmemt about the real issues on the ground, and why they can keep people. Expose the conflict of interests in the maintenance dept. Fire the entire maintenance leadership team, including lead hands, foreman and supervisor.
