We believe that feedback is extremely important and an integral part of our culture. Feedback is delivered in many forms like our quarterly town hall meetings and weekly safety meetings. Our leadership team has an open door policy and provides many opportunities for our professionals to give and receive feedback.

What feedback , the crews don’t get told anything as the managers keep the simplest of details a secret for absolutely no reason . Expect phone calls when your shift is over after they worked you in the yard 13 hours to get ready for work only to get told you have to drive units 6 hours to another province for work while your cross shift doesn’t even come to work . The simplest things kept secret to stroke the ego of the manager who goes above and beyond to make sure it’s as stressful and ridiculous as possible on his guys .
