Great question! STEP complies with all employment standards in the applicable jurisdictions as well as best practices in the industry. Our shifts, which rotate between day and night, are 12 hours long in the field.

Pre-hire steps include interviews, reference checks and pre-screening requirements such as background checks, pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, and pre-hire driver evaluations. All professionals complete our STEP Right In orientation program and most training is done on the job.
