Everyone that I worked with were amazing, super nice and taught me lots. They gave me experience in all different areas of the plant which was great experience and I greatly appreciate.

Poor Management and Dirty

Millwright (Former Employee) - Nanticoke, ON - 26 April 2022

Management has no care in the world. They Don't plan any work, They are inexperienced for their position. Most only have 2 years of college and no Red Seal. No experience in the trades they are expected to manage. The union doesn't care about the trades, so they don't fight to get them the deserved raises.

Never a dull day(Hamilton), lots going on, slower pace. Young management and older crowd of steelworkers. Safety is excellent in this plant. Recent upgrades should be profitable.

it was a good work experience i learned a lot about my trade. it can be a very dirty place but thats expected of a steel company. but it was unenjoyable place to work.
